Beyoncé also accredits her weight loss to a vegan diet. She eats six vegan meals a day that are prepared by her own private chef. Beyoncé has stated she is much more energetic during rehearsals due to this diet. She eats lots of fresh produce, nuts, granola, lentils and soups. She even has her famous husband following the diet. Beyoncé burns a lot of calories when she performs, and usually does circuit and strength training daily.
