She follows a special diet under the guidance of her nutritionist, Dr. Phillip Goglia, that is called “G-Plan.” Goglia is co-founder of the nutrition platform that designs a diet based on the user’s metabolic body type. This diet requires Khloe to eat 7 meals a day of mostly vegetables, fruit and fatty fish. For breakfast she usually has a whey protein shake with almond butter. She snacks on fruit throughout the day, and tries to stay hydrated. She avoids dairy, soda, whole wheat bread, juice, and soy products. Khloe works out about 5 times a week and does spinning, hot yoga, and circuit training.

Maria Menounos struggled with her weight in college and after giving birth. Now she seems to have a diet and exercise routine that is working for her. She even wrote about it in her book entitled The EveryGirl’s Guide to Diet and Fitness. She endorses the 50-Year Plan that aims to promote a holistic lifestyle and think about choices about food.
