True enough, this might have served as a motivation of sorts for him. Aside from becoming a ladies’ man, he also chose to focus on relationships with actresses and singers. He was even involved with Natalie Wood at some point. She was a good friend of James Dean’s and starred in Rebel Without a Cause with the actor.

Elvis was also known for his obsession with a specific kind of sandwich. Containing peanut butter, bacon, and banana, it has since been dubbed the Elvis Sandwich. He first heard about this intriguing treat when he was chilling with some of his friends. Someone mentioned trying it out when in Colorado. He was so fascinated by the idea that he took everyone to Denver to see it for themselves. After returning to Memphis, he gave his chef the recipe!
